Ingredients: 1 loaf Bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices 6 cloves Garlic, crushed 2tbsp Olive oil 5 Tomatoes, Seeded and chopped 2 Onions , Chopped finely 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated or Cottage Cheese, Diced Few sprigs of Fresh basil, Shredded Salt and pepper

Method: * Grill the bread slices. * Rub the bread with the crushed Garlic. * Mix Tomatoes, Onion, Mozzarella Cheese, Basil, Green Chilies, Salt in a mixing bowl. * Spoon the mixture on the bread slices. Drizzle Olive Oil over them. * Grill the topped slices again until the cheese melts. * Remove and sprinkle with black pepper powder and serve with soup.
