This week's best-dressed stars include Katharine McPhee, Debra Messing, and Madonna.
"Smash" star Katharine McPhee stole the spotlight at the inaugural NFL Honors soiree in Indianapolis on Saturday. The 27-year-old singer -- whose new NBC show got off to a strong start on Monday night -- was simply stunning in a white cap-sleeved Valentino frock. Stacked bracelets, a diamond cocktail ring, and nude Christian Louboutin pumps completed her elegant ensemble.

McPhee's co-star, Emmy winner Debra Messing, also looked "smashing" this week. The "Will & Grace" alum -- who plays musical writer Julia Houston on the new NBC series -- turned heads in a purple satin dress, contrasting turquoise earrings, faux fur, and playful Jerome C. Rousseau sandals while out and about in the Big Apple.

Zac Efron's ex, Vanessa Hudgens, lit up the arrivals line at the Los Angeles premiere of "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" in a canary-colored Maria Lucia Hohan gown. The former "High School Musical" hottie's awesome accessories included statement earrings, gold bangles, and a studded clutch.

Love her or hate her (or her over-the-top Super Bowl halftime performance), there's no denying the fierceness of Madonna's fashions. The Material Girl -- who opened the show with her #1 hit "Vogue" -- rocked the crowd while rocking a custom-made Givenchy Haute Couture getup, which consisted of an embellished black mini, gladiator-inspired belt, and thigh-high Miu Miu boots. To top things off, the 53-year-old megastar sported a sparkling Philip Treacy headdress. Glamour personified!

On Monday evening, new mom Beyonce made her first official public appearance since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy a month ago. She hit hubby Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall concert in NYC, where the bootylicious songstress looked sensational wearing a $400 Alice by Temperley dress, crystal-encrusted Louboutins, and gold baubles.

Beyonce's former Destiny's Child bandmate, Michelle Williams, was also dressed to impress this week. The gospel-singing Broadway star looked absolutely adorable at this year's Drama League gala, thanks to her ruffled Zac Posen dress and shimmering heels.

Scarlett Johansson never disappoints on the red carpet, and she certainly kept her streak alive at the 47th Golden Camera Awards in Berlin, Germany. Upon arriving at the soiree, the screen siren popped a pose in a sexy Calvin Klein gown, loose updo, and pouty pink puckers.

Also spotted looking beautiful in black was Thandie Newton ("Crash"), who graced London's Laureus World Sports Awards in a belted, one-shouldered Osman Resort 2012 dress. Solange Azagury-Patridge tassel earrings and a Roger Vivier clutch made for the perfect accessories.

Emmanuelle Chriqui -- who's best known for her supporting role on "Entourage" -- wore an emerald green jumpsuit, which resembled a dress, to Saturday's NFL Honors fete. What do you think of her Maria Lucia Hohan-designed look? Hot or not?

And last but not least, we have the breakout star of "The Descendants," Shailene Woodley, who, at 20, is quickly becoming a style maven. The actress -- who was robbed of an Oscar nom -- stood out in a sea of boring at the Santa Barbara Film Fest in a $1,900 3.1 Phillip Lim leather mini dress and hot Pierre Hardy heels.
